Terms of use

About these terms

This site is operated by Sports Cloud Australia ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The privacy policy and the fan wall guidelines form part of these terms.

What the site is

News, national team fixtures and community features from the Argentine Football Association (AFA) for people across Asia-Pacific. We work to keep fixtures, kick-off times and broadcast details accurate, but they are set by others and can change at short notice. Check with the broadcaster or venue before you travel or set an alarm.

Tickets

AFA APAC does not sell tickets. Buy only from the official seller linked here. Tickets bought from resale sites or social media may be cancelled without a refund.

What you send us

• You can send your story to the fan wall with the form on the fan wall page, or through Instagram or by email. Our team reads every story before it goes up.
• You keep ownership of the words and photos you send us.
• When you send a story, or agree to us posting one you sent another way, you give us permission, free of charge, to show it on this site and on AFA APAC's social channels, with the first name or nickname you gave us, for as long as the post is up. You can ask us to take a post down at any time.
• You confirm the content is yours to share, that people who can be recognised in a photo are happy for it to be shown, and that it follows the guidelines.
• We choose what goes on the wall, and every map pin is reviewed before it appears. We may decline or remove anything, without giving a reason.

Quizzes

They are for fun. There are no prizes and nothing can be won or lost. They are not betting and must not be used for it.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or probe the site, send automated submissions, collect other people's details, pretend to be someone else, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Names, crests and content

The AFA crest, the team's names and marks, the photographs and the site's text and design belong to their owners. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. Other organisations' names appear only to identify them. Club badges and shirts shown in the quizzes are our own illustrations, not official crests or kits.

Links

We link to broadcasters, ticket sellers, venues and social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Venues and community groups listed on the Fan Map run their own events and are responsible for their own screenings and licences.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act that cannot be limited. Beyond those rights, the site is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including reliance on fixture or broadcast information that later changes.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The governing law will be stated here once confirmed.
